Overview

The new Planet Fitness in the North Valley Shopping Center is moving through its final stages of construction as the interior build-out takes shape. The former retail suite is being transformed into a modern 22,528 square foot fitness facility that supports high daily membership use. The project includes the open workout floor, PF360 turf zone, cardio and strength equipment areas, the Black Card Spa, tanning rooms, locker rooms, and support spaces.

Mechanical, electrical, and low voltage upgrades are central to the build. The team has coordinated extensive power distribution, specialty lighting, mechanical adjustments, and technology integration to meet national franchise standards. Progress continues on schedule as interior finishes, equipment installations, and final inspections move toward completion.
