Kalb Construction has officially broken ground on our first project in Arizona, marking an important milestone for our team and our history. Groundbreakings are more than ceremonial. They represent the start of something new, the beginning of hard work on site, and the launch of a project that will serve clients and communities for years to come.
A Milestone Worth Celebrating
This moment reflects not only our growth as a company but also the trust our clients place in Kalb. Entering a new state comes with challenges and opportunities, and our team has prepared carefully to make sure we bring the same level of care, precision, and partnership that defines our work in Nevada.
To open the ceremony, President Justin Kalb shared a few words that captured both the significance of the day and the pride behind the milestone:

“This project gives me the chance to give back to a region that helped shape who I am. Our family business started in Las Vegas more than 50 years ago, and what has always defined us isn’t just the buildings we put up, but the relationships we build.”
Justin also acknowledged our valued partners, Kingsbarn and LV Petroleum, for their collaboration and confidence in Kalb Construction as we bring this project to life.
The Work Behind the Scenes
The groundbreaking itself was a celebration of collaboration. The process began with sketches and estimates and continued to the shovels hitting the ground. This project is the product of months of planning across departments. Each stage has been fueled by dedication, teamwork, and an understanding that when we break ground, we do so with a promise to deliver quality from start to finish.

“When we break ground, we do so with a promise to deliver quality from start to finish.”
Looking Ahead
As construction now moves forward, we are proud to carry the Kalb legacy into Arizona. This project is only the beginning, and we look forward to sharing more updates as the work progresses and the building begins to take shape.
