Overview

The Hat Las Vegas is taking shape on Rainbow Boulevard as the building framework and exterior finishes come together. The site photos capture the restaurant’s structure nearing completion with stucco walls, tile details, and the brand’s signature yellow awnings being installed. Drive lanes and parking areas are now defined, and interior build-out is progressing with kitchen equipment and finish work underway.

This phase marks significant progress toward opening the brand’s first Las Vegas location, reflecting Kalb’s commitment to quality, precision, and timely delivery.
