Kalb Construction is proud to bring Pause Las Vegas, the brand’s first Nevada location, to the heart of Summerlin. The 2,761-square-foot spa introduces an upscale and restorative wellness experience designed to combine modern aesthetics with advanced recovery technology. Guests can enjoy cold plunge, flotation therapy, IV vitamin drip, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, contrast therapy, compression therapy, and LED light therapy, all within a refined and inviting atmosphere.

The space also features a retail marketplace offering Le Labo bath products, OSEA skincare, and other curated wellness essentials. Every detail was thoughtfully selected to create an elevated destination that blends comfort, innovation, and design. Kalb Construction delivered the project on schedule, providing the client with a polished, high-performing environment ready to welcome guests to their grand opening in the Summerlin and Angel Park community.

    Each jurisdiction presents unique challenges. Kalb Construction worked closely with the owner and management team to navigate extended review periods and address requirements from the city fire marshal. Through proactive coordination and communication, the team ensured a timely and compliant turnover that met every client expectation.

  • Schedule Insight

    Despite the complex approval process, Kalb maintained steady progress and achieved substantial completion on October 8, 2025. The client celebrated a successful grand opening on October 18 and has already partnered with our team to begin planning a second location in Henderson, Nevada.

  • Budget Outcome

    While some additional time was spent on the back end, the project was a clear success. Kalb Construction delivered exceptional quality, upheld client trust, and strengthened a growing partnership for future builds.
