This ground-up automotive facility was built to support Meineke’s operational standards and provide a modern, efficient space for vehicle maintenance and customer service. The 4,000-square-foot build features multiple service bays, a front retail lobby, and integrated warehouse storage, creating a seamless connection between customer-facing and back-of-house operations.
