Marion D. Bennett Senior Apartments expands an existing senior housing community on Balzar Avenue in North Las Vegas. This three-story addition brings 59 new affordable housing units designed to enhance accessibility and comfort for local residents.

The project represents a continuation of the Marion D. Bennett legacy, strengthening Clark County’s investment in community housing while reflecting Kalb Construction’s commitment to quality, safety, and long-term impact. Construction progress is advancing steadily, with framing, utilities, and site coordination moving in sync with the project schedule.
