Overview

Boulevard Food Court & Shopping Center reflects Kalb Construction’s experience delivering commercial improvements in one of Las Vegas’s most visible and demanding corridors. Located directly on Las Vegas Boulevard, this project required careful coordination within an active retail and pedestrian environment while maintaining access, safety, and operations throughout construction.

Kalb Construction supported site and tenant improvement work tied to food service and retail operations, with scope informed by civil improvements, utility coordination, and compliance with local agency requirements.
