Overview

Born and Raised Centennial is the second project Kalb Construction has delivered for the BAR team, bringing another high-energy restaurant and lounge to life — this time near the 215 and Durango. With nearly 5,000 square feet of indoor space and a large outdoor patio, this location was designed to deliver both atmosphere and function just in time for a Super Bowl opening weekend.

    This project called for custom finishes, detailed millwork, and technical features like smoke extraction and sound control. Kalb coordinated multiple trades to deliver a polished space with complex visual and acoustic demands.

    Despite tight deadlines leading up to a major event opening, Kalb completed the work on time and ready for public use. Preplanning and familiarity with the BAR brand helped fast-track decisions and execution.

    With this being a repeat client, Kalb was able to bring forward cost-effective solutions based on lessons from the previous BAR location. Early collaboration and repeat subcontractor relationships kept the project within scope and budget.
