At 15,196 square feet and designed to support advanced patient care, the project demanded technical precision, strict safety standards, and an efficient build from start to finish.

Project Manager Johnny Jarvis led the effort with a clear objective. The team needed to complete the build quickly while maintaining the quality, safety, and cleanliness expected in a healthcare environment. Superintendent Tom Morrisette and the field team focused on resolving issues before they could reach closeout. Inspections were scheduled early, punch items were tracked daily, and every trade took responsibility for their scope. That consistent attention to detail paid off. When the walkthrough arrived, the project closed with a zero-item punch list and received its Certificate of Occupancy on schedule.
